FOR THE OPENING OF A LEASING FILE FOR INDIVIDUALS, THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED:

  1. The lease application (the standard form)
  2. A copy of the identity card (buletin) of the applicant with the appendix
  3. A copy of driving license
  4. A copy of the identity card of the spouse of the applicant with the appendix
  5. A copy of the work record card filled at the moment of granting, or individual labor contract with last additions, confirmed with the employer
  6. The inquiry on a length of service on a post and the information on a salary for last 6 months
  7. The certificate from bank about existence of deposits and turnovers under open accounts (if are available)

*If needed, Capital Leasing S.R.L. may demand additional documents which can clear the current state of affairs of the applicant (the declaration on the income tax, depositary contracts, the lease contract, the inquiry on incomes of the spouse etc.)

FOR THE OPENING OF A LEASING FILE FOR BUSINESSES, THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED:

A. ORGANIZATION DOCUMENTS (originals and copies)

  1. The leasing aplication form (the standard form)
  2. Legal documents of the enterprise (the Certificate on the State Registration of the enterprises, the Articles of incorporation, the Articles of organization and other constituent documents with all changes and additions, the Statement from the State Register of the Enterprises with the information on founders, their shares in authorized capital and instructions of the director);
  3. The certificate on assignment of a code of the TVA (if is the payer of the TVA).
  4. Licenses for activity and authorization (if are available).
  5. Copies of identity cards of official representatives of the organization.
  6. The decision of General meeting of Founders/shareholders or Governing Council about the property reception in leasing.
  7. The report or other documents confirming powers of body, made the decision on leasing contract formation.
  8. The report or the order on appointment of the manager.

B.FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS (originals and copies)

  1. Year balances for last 2 years with all appendices and forms 5-С with the seals of Department of Statistics;
  2. Two last closed turnover sheets.
  3. A bank statement about turnovers under the current account for last 6 months.
  4. Decoding of the basic balance sheet items for current date (if necessary).
  5. The information on available credits in banks and obligations to other leasing companies.
  6. The inquiry from Tax Inspection about absence of indebtedness before the budget.

In case of need, for end of analysis, Capital Leasing S.R.L. can demand additional documents which can clear a situation of the applicant.
